Daryl is the President of iCode Healthcare Solutions. He is community-conscious and dedicated to serving others by providing a worthwhile working environment. This, coupled with his coding skills, sparked the birth of iCode Healthcare Solutions with his wife Jasmine Pickett.

Daryl has transferred his enthusiasm and experience for customer service, sales, and leadership into iCode HCS. Before founding iCode HCS, Daryl held management roles at Henry Ford Health Systems, Bell South, and FedEx, gaining more than 16 years of experience.

Daryl is a member of numerous healthcare organizations including Medical Coders Talk USA, the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), of which iCode HCS was featured in AAPC’s official publication.

Daryl gives back to the community by serving as a motivational speaker and life coach. He works with community nonprofits including Seed Faith Ministry and Footprints, a nonprofit that serves impoverished families. Daryl has also leveraged his community connections through a partnership with the Atlanta Hawks.

Daryl currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and children.
