Since the inception of iCodeHCS in 2013, we’ve aggressively worked to ensure that our clients in a variety of specialties from inpatient to outpatient facilities and physician groups have one focus:  their patients.

The dynamic and knowledgeable President Daryl Pickett and Vice President Jasmine Williams-Pickett serve as the strong foundation of our company with a combined eight years of experience in healthcare solutions. The two have worked diligently to build a team of skilled coders with a variety of specialties and experience, as they strive toward their ultimate goal of bridging the gap between professional coders and the healthcare organizations that need them.

We are fueled by the desire to not only assist our clients by rendering unmatched service but to create a family-oriented environment that promotes character building, creates career opportunities, and cultivates young, strong talent.

Jasmine serves iCode HCS with her extensive healthcare coding experience and high-quality training abilities. This committed leader has maintained a more than 98.5% production and accuracy goals throughout her entire coding career.
